Residence Inn by Marriott Columbia

Rooms are big and clean, few minor maintenuitems like lights or running toilets needed to be fixed. The included breakfast was a great value. Full sized kitchen/fridge in the room came in handy. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great for my needs (right off the highway, not too far from the airport etc.). Front desk staff were average, kitchen staff and cleaning staff were friendly and courteous. Plenty of parking available.

My mom and I stayed here while my father had to be at St. Agnes Ascension Hospital for surgery. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here! They were so kind and accommodating, especially when we had to continuously extend our stay as my father’s stay in the hospital kept being extended. Every evening when we’d come back after a long day at the hospital, the front desk rep would ask us how he was doing. They truly made an effort to care about what we were going through, and it was so appreciated. The breakfast in the morning was a wonderful amenity, so many healthy options, and it was a great start to the day. The rooms were super clean and the beds very comfortable. It was also very nice to have a kitchenette in the room so we could heat up leftovers, make coffee, etc. I highly recommend this hotel, wonderful customer service, great location and amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Albert is the epitome of professional customer service represenatives. Any business would be lucky to have an employee like him. He takes his job seriously and goes the extra mile to take care of people. Polite and accommodating, he has really made our stay here a cut above the rest. I highly recommend this property for any extended stay needs. Its clean and the amenities are comfortable. The staff are welcoming and take their roles very seriously. Great location and nearby shopping / restaurants. Excellent place to stay with your family.

We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen was perfect. I felt right at home. The pool area was great which had i believ 2 gas grills. Very nice.

I was definitely surprised at how nice the hotel still looked. I was a little nervous by some of the reviews. I had not been to this location in over 10 years. The room I was in had been renovated, as I believe the entire hotel did a few years back. Although an older location, it still looks great and feels comfortable.

I’ve stayed here several times and overall it’s a comfortable spot that feels well cared for. That said, here’s a tip I always forget to share until I’m back: this hotel sits right next to a highway. If you’re a light sleeper, be sure to request a room facing the courtyard, fire pit, or pool area — it makes a big difference in noise levels. Otherwise, it’s a solid stay and a good choice for anyone looking for convenience and comfort in the Columbia area.

Very nice, clean, lots of parking, great continental breakfast. No complaints. Room was great. Would stay again I am a long time Marriott customer, some are better than others. This one was great

My stay was very quiet. The room worked perfectly for me. The location is hidden, but with a GPS you will be fine.
